There are both indoor and outdoor positions available. We are hiring for all departments including: 

the Rental Shop, Customer Service/Ticket Desk, Food and Beverage (busser, kitchen staff, cashiers), 

Snow School, Parking Attendants and Outdoor Operations.

Snow School Employment

We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable ski and snowboard instructors and teaching assistants to provide our guests of all ages and abilities with fun, engaging experiences sliding on snow, and to help improve our guests’ skills so that they can have even more fun on snow. Our goal is to create skiers and snowboarders who are active for life. As a snow school professional you are able to create a fun and safe environment, have a desire to share your love of skiing and snowboarding with our guests, have outstanding customer service skills, an ongoing desire to learn and grow as a professional, and an understanding of how to ski and/or snowboard.

 

Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistants have an interest in becoming a certified Ski or Snowboard professional, and are able to work with younger students.

Teaching assistants help our certified instructors work with groups of students, providing assistance to the instructors and students as required, and learn the craft of teaching snowsports.

Training sessions to improve your riding and teaching skills are an important element of the teaching assistant program.

This position qualifies for High School volunteer hours and community service hours.

Become Certified

In order to teach, you must complete your Level 1 CSIA Ski, or Level 1 CASI Snowboard certification. These courses are for any competent skier/rider aged 15 years or older seeking to work as a ski or snowboard professional.

COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

We currently seek EL and DL trained/certified coaches to fill vacancies in our U14 and U16 competitive race program.  Coaching in the member-based program is best suited for a positive, caring individual with strong communication and planning skills and the ability to be part of a team.  Being able to react and adapt is just part of this fun and fast-paced environment.  Candidates should understand current CSCF guidelines, LTAD model and Snow Stars.

We encourage and support ongoing training including weekly sessions and ongoing professional development. 

 

Applicants must be available for training, Christmas Camp and 9-week program.  Additional opportunities may be available during the week and pre/post season. 

Coaches work closely with our Technical Director and report to the Head Coach.  

Competitive compensation program based on certification and experience.
