Group Rates

For school group rates outside of the Winter Elective Program or for non-school groups, please call 1-800-398-9555. Group rates apply to a minimum of 20 participants and must be booked at least 5 days in advance.

Our new Ticket Books may also provide a savings to those attending in larger numbers but do not qualify for our group rates.  Books of 15 are $531, Books of 20 are $664 and Books of 25 are $775 • Redeemable for 6 Hour Flex tickets.
There are no black out periods.  All tickets expire March 31st, 2013.  Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area is not responsible for lost tickets.

Rates below apply only to school groups participating in the School Winter Elective Program.

School Winter Elective Program

Our School Winter Elective Program focuses on all abilites of skiers and snowboarders.  Our certified and experienced instructors will have most beginner skiers/boarders riding on the beginner slopes and using the lifts within a few short hours.  These same instructors can also challenge the more advanced riders with different freestyle and racing techniques.

School Winter Elective Program Rates 2012/2013 Season

To qualify for our School Program Rates, your group must be attending for mulitple visits on Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays between the hours of 9am to 4pm as part of an organized School Winter Elective Program.  Rates will be billed directly to the school based on participation on a weekly basis.  The program must be booked in advance with attendance, lesson and rental requirements sent to the Ski Area a minimum of 48 hrs prior to arrival.

Helmets are mandatory for all participants in the School Program. 
Helmets are available to ALL students and chaperones, not just those requiring rental equipment. 
Use of helmets is included in the price of the program.

Half-Day Program - Up to 4 Hours:
*Half-Day Program rates are only available to schools attending for a maximum of 4 hours.  If the students from schools arriving before 12pm are staying on with their parents' permission, full day rates will apply.

Full-Day Program - Over 4 Hours:

Muskoka Ski Club Members or Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Mid-Week Pass Holders:

Chaperones:
One teacher or parent per ten (10) students will receive a complimentary lift ticket and rental equipment package if required.
