Terms and Conditions:
Night and Mid Week Pass Holders receive 30% off regular rates for 6 Hour Flex Tickets on Sundays upon presentation of their pass at the Ticket Counter.

All persons must sign a ‘Release of Liability’ agreement prior to obtaining their pass.

Season Passes remain the property of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the 'Alpine Responsibility Code'. Use of this pass by anyone other than the registered passholder, or alterations to the Season Pass will result in cancellation of that pass.

Season passes are non-transferable. We may request identification to verify validity.

Season Passes are refundable for medical reasons only. 100% refund to December 10; 50% to January 1; 25% to February 28. No refunds are issued after March 1.

A $25 processing fee will be charged for replacing lost passes.

All Pass Holders must have their passes on them at all times to have access to the lifts.

**All age category cut-off dates are December 31st, 2012. Proof of age is required (i.e. Birth Certificate)

Payment Plan: Credit Card or post-dated cheques accepted for three equal payments at the time of registration. There is a $10 surcharge for payment plan option. First payment is due with application, second payment is due November 24 and third payment is due December 15. Passes will not be issues until all payments have cleared and all waivers are signed.

Mail in applications must provide all payments for the Discount Period dates. Applications must be postmarked prior to discount deadline dates.
