Guests must call our reservations department and book their room under the Event name in order to receive the special group rates noted below. The room block will be held until 1 week prior to arrival
(Sunday, March 16, 2025). Any rooms not reserved by guests of the Hidden Valley Highlands Year-End Party at that time will be released for general sale. Any guests calling in to book a room after the
Release date will be subject to the current available rates of the day, therefore it is strongly
recommended that guests book early to avoid disappointment.
