What is the cost?
- Admission is FREE if you have a membership with MSC or HVPOA.
- Complimentary water bottles will be available around the beach, grab one if you need one!
- Additional costs will include any food or beverage items you wish to purchase on the day.
- Watersports with Ski-Mazing Watersports cost extra and requires advance sign-up. Please find the registration link in the email “Book your MSC Beach Party watersports now!” Please find the pricing matrix a couple more questions down. We strongly recommend reservations in advance to guarantee your preferred time.

What is the dress code?
Hula themed costumes are highly encouraged! There will be a prize awarded at the end of the day for best dressed. This is a family friendly event and, similar to past events, we believe everyone will use their best judgment on what would be the most appropriate bathing suit attire.
What if it rains?
The event will run rain or shine. Check the weather prior to leaving home and come prepared. We will only cancel for electrical storms. The party must go on.
Are animals allowed?
Sorry, no pets allowed.
How do I register for the Ski-Mazing watersports and what is the cost?
A link will be provided in an upcoming email communication to all members that will include a Registration link. This will allow you to reserve and pay for all the activities you would like to participate in on the day. As limited spaces are available for each activity window, we recommend you reserve and pay as soon as you receive the Registration link in your inbox. A time slot is only reserved with payment.
Are reservations recommended?
Yes! Due to the extreme popularity of the watersports and limited space aboard the boats provided, reservations are essential. Don’t be late, and don’t be on time…BE EARLY! The boat departs every hour on the hour. You need to be at least 15 minutes early for your confirmed activity window to use the washroom and board the boat. Late arrivals will not receive a refund. Please know that others will be counting on us to return on time for their activities that are booked after yours. We reserve the right to combine members from different parties to fill a charter trip.
What is our cancellation policy for the Ski-Mazing Watersports?
Due to high demand and limited space, we have a “zero tolerance” 24-hour cancellation policy. If you or someone in your party cancels for any reason within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% for the number of persons reserved in your party. You will be responsible for “no shows” as well, meaning if you reserved for 8 people and arrived with 6, you would be charged for the total number of seats reserved in the boat. Sorry, no exceptions!
Safety Reminders:
Please follow all safety rules, signage, and instructions provided by MSC & Ski-Mazing Watersports Staff. Always be mindful of your belongings, and plan ahead with items such as water so you can come prepared for the weather on the day. Waivers will be provided upon Check-In at the MSC tent and will be required in order to participate in any of the water or land activities. Waivers can be found at the MSC tent on the day.
Guest Policy:
MSC and HVPOA members are welcome to bring guests. Everyone who is attending the event must RSVP. Be sure to RSVP as soon as possible with the number of people you are bringing as spaces are limited and priority will be given to membership holders.
Parking:
There will be 4 options for parking available. There will be a map provided closer to the event with areas clearly marked where parking locations can be found.
- Ski Club Rd – Beachside – The first location can be found on the side of the street closest to the beach, but spaces are limited.
- Ski Club Rd – Bottom of Green Chair – There will also be parking available across the street from the beach, at the bottom of our beloved chair lifts near the maintenance workshop.
- Ski Club Rd – Hidden Valley Resort Tennis Courts – If the above spaces fill up (and we hope so!), there will be overflow parking available at Hidden Valley Resort down near their tennis courts. There will be a short walk along Ski Club Road to get to the beach entrance.
- Hidden Valley Rd – Ski Chalet Parking Lot – This is located at the end of Hidden Valley Rd up next to the MSC Chalet.
Reservation Policy for Ski-Mazing Watersports:
You will receive a registration link prior to the event to reserve and pay for the activities you would like to participate on the day, in advance. There will be 8 available windows to select your time slots from 10:00AM and 6:00PM on July 30th. We will prompt you in the registration form to choose which time slot you desire; alongside the activities you would like to sign up for and how many people will be participating. We will prompt you in a confirmation email if your time slot is available, and will request payment within 24 hours in order to keep this time slot. If the time slot you selected is no longer available, we will reply back to you within 24 hours to organize an available time. If you do not show up, or cancel on the same day, you will still be charged the entire reserved amount of the activities that was agreed upon prior. Cancellation notice in writing or verbally, is acceptable before 12:00PM the day before the reservation without penalty. We reserve the right to combine members from different parties to fill a charter trip.
