Cafeteria Cashier / Bartender
The Cafeteria Cashier / Bartender position is a full-time and or part-time seasonal position working days, evenings, weekends and holidays during the Ski Season, that reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. The Cafeteria Cashier / Bartender must present a friendly and personable appearance while working and must have basic knowledge of products and services and be comfortable interacting with guests on a regular basis. This position is paid hourly.
The main job responsibilities on which your performance will be evaluated include but are not limited to:
- Operate the Point of Sale Machine and cash out F&B sales.
- Make accurate cash transactions.
- Keep an adequate float on hand.
- Stock and maintain condiment station, beverage station, confections and pop coolers.
- Keep the front end of the cafeteria clean.
- Be courteous and friendly with guests, Members and staff.
- Set up Member’s coffee
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
- Always come to work in a punctual manner, uniform in place with a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Bartenders must have current Smart Serve Ontario certification
Second Cook
The Second Cook position is a full-time and or part-time seasonal position working days, evenings, weekends and holidays during the Ski Season, that reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. The Second Cook must present a friendly and personable appearance while working and must have basic knowledge of handling products, offering services and be comfortable interacting with guests on a regular basis. This position is paid hourly.
The main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and cook food as directed and in the appropriate proportions
- Fulfill food orders in a quick and efficient method
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
- Always come to work in a punctual manner, uniform in place with a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Always be friendly with guests and staff members.
Bus Person
The Bus Person position is a full-time and or part-time seasonal position working days, evenings, weekends and holidays during the Ski Season, that reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. This position requires some physical activity/strength. Keeping the chalet clean, clearing tables sweeping and emptying garbage and recycling are some of the responsibilities of this position. This position is paid hourly.
The main job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning tables, picking garbage off the floor, straightening chairs, emptying garbage cans, cleaning trays and cleaning washrooms.
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
- Always come to work in a punctual manner, uniform in place with a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Always be friendly with guests and staff members.
