Snow School Employment
Are you enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable? We are recruiting certified ski and snowboard instructors and volunteer junior instructors to provide guests of all ages and abilities with fun, engaging experiences sliding on snow. Our goal is to create skiers and snowboarders who are active for life.
As a snow school professional, you:

and bring a solid understanding of how to ski and/or snowboard.
Become a Certified Instructor!
All of our instructors and coaches are certified by one or more of Canada’s national training bodies. For you to become an instructor you must complete your Level 1 CSIA Ski, or Level 1 CASI Snowboard certification. The CSIA level one is for intermediate or higher level skiers aged 14 years or older seeking to work as a ski professional. The CASI level one is for intermediate or higher level snowboarders aged 15 years or older seeking to work as a snowboard professional.

We are happy to accept applications for snowschool positions before certification. Prospective instructors may be hired conditionally on completion of their level one.

Junior Instructors
Are you 12, 13 or 14 years old and interested in training to become a certified Ski or Snowboard professional? Do you love working with kids? We may have just the volunteer position for you.
Junior Instructors help our certified instructors work with groups of students. They provide assistance to the instructors and students as required, and learn the craft of teaching snowsports.
Training sessions to improve your riding and teaching skills are an important element of the junior instructor program.
This position qualifies for High School volunteer hours and community service hours.
