Ladies’ 8-Week Thursday Program

With the changing Covid-19 situation, we are adjusting our programing to be OUTSIDE only and there will no longer be a lunch option. We thank you for your understanding! Pricing has also been adjusted and is as follows:

We are optimistic that we will be able to run our popular 8-week Ladies’ Thursdays Program again this season. The program running is dependent on demand from you, staffing, and regulations related to the use of our indoor spaces for lunch. Join us for our ALL-WOMEN 8-week Ladies’ Program! Every Thursday beginning January 6th, 2022. Start your day off right with a sport-specific warm-up. Then head out on the slopes for a 2-hour lesson or fun ski or board. Top it all off with a delicious, hearty lunch. Warm-up begins at 9:00 am and the lesson begins at 10:00 am. Great value and a great time!
The cost of this jam-packed 8-week program is just:

The 2022 program includes:
- A sport-specific warm-up,
- Your choice of one of five activities:
- An all-mountain fun ski
- A beginner ski lesson
- An intermediate ski lesson
- An advanced ski clinic
- A snowboard lesson catered to all levels of rider
- Full-day lift ticket,
- And a delicious lunch from our stellar Food & Beverage crew!
Covid-19 Policy
Proof of vaccination is required for all participants in snow school lessons and programs ages 12 and up.
All lesson participants will be required to wear a mask/face covering at all times during their lessons. We will ask people waiting for their lesson to please maintain social distance until the lesson supervisor has checked them in and paired them up with their instructor(s). Social distancing will be required at all times during lessons, and if instructors need to assist a student personal protective equipment must be worn. Groups will be kept smaller in size and whenever possible group membership should be kept inside your social bubble.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION –
All participants in lessons aged 12 and older must provide proof of vaccination upon check-in prior to the start of their lessons or programs.
Please note, your lesson is not secured until payment has been received. Pay your invoice as soon as you receive it.
Private, Semi-Private and Parent & Tot Lessons:
- Rental equipment, if needed, MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE online at https://skihiddenvalley.ca/store/
- All Private, Semi-Private and Parent & Tot Lessons include a Lesson Lift Ticket for each lesson participant (including the accompanying adult in Parent & Tot lessons). During the lesson, the Lesson Lift Ticket is valid for all lifts at the discretion of the instructor. Outside of the lesson, the ticket is valid only on the Handle Tow.
- You have the option to upgrade to a full area, 9am – 4pm lift ticket for $38.00 + HST per person on the day of at Guest Services.
- Children aged 5 and under will receive a 9am – 9pm 5 and under ticket
- Please arrive at least 1 hour before your lesson to check-in for your lesson, pick up your Lift Ticket(s) and, if necessary, be fitted for your rental equipment. There may be longer waits for lift tickets and rentals around 9:30 am and 12:00 pm. Consider arriving an hour and a half early on weekends and holidays.
- You may reschedule your lesson up to 72 hrs before the lesson time. Within 72 hrs, rescheduling is only available for medical reasons. Medical documentation is required.
- Lessons are refundable if cancelled 72 hrs before the lesson time. Cancelled lessons are subject to a $15.00 administration fee per lesson regardless of how far in advance the lesson is cancelled.

Camps and Programs:
- All camp and program participants require a valid lift ticket or season pass which may be purchased as a program add-on.
- On the first day, please arrive at least 1 hour before your lesson to check-in for your lesson, pick up your Lift Ticket(s) and, if necessary, be fitted for your rental equipment.
- Groups will leave promptly at the lesson start time. Please arrive on snow 5-10 mins before the lesson start time each day.
- Camp and program lessons are refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to camp start. This is required to allow us to resell the spot. Cancelled lessons are subject to a $25.00 administration fee per participant regardless of how far in advance the lesson is cancelled.
- Camp and program participants who cannot continue due to illness or injury will be allowed a credit equal to the pro-rated value of the remaining lesson(s) in the form of a Hidden Valley Highlands gift certificate.

Refund policy:
- Camps and lessons are held in all weather conditions. No refund or credit will be given to participants that elect to miss their lessons for any reason including but not limited to:
- Weather, travel and snow conditions (unless Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area cancels the camp or lesson)
- an act of God
- Violation of the Alpine Responsibility Code
- Violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules or Pass terms of use
- Refunds for medical reasons including public health orders to isolate must be supported by medical documentation. All refunds will be considered after written notice is submitted to the Snow School.
Refund policy:
- Season passes are refundable for medical reasons only. 100% refund to December 10; 50% refund to January 1; 25% refund to February 28; no refunds will be issued after March 1.
- Refunds for medical reasons must be supported by a doctor’s certificate. All refunds will be considered after written notice and all passes are returned to the Customer Service desk.
- Camps and lessons are held in all weather conditions. Refunds are not issued due to weather unless Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area cancels the camp or lesson.
- Refund requests must be faxed to (705-789-7140), by email (info@skihiddenvalley.ca) or by bringing in a letter in person to Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area.
- Telephone conversations with Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area employees do not constitute an official refund request.
- All non-lesson refunds (camps, passes, etc.) are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
- Should the Government of Ontario, Ministry of Health, and/or other provincial or local public health authorities require/force the closure of regular ski resort operations at Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area (HVHSA) for longer than a 14-day consecutive period due to COVID19 State of Emergency guidelines; HVHSA will extend to its Night, Mid-Week and 3X3 Combo Season Pass holders a pro-rated refund. This refund will be calculated on the percentage of days that HVHSA is open compared to the total number of forecast days of operation. This refund will not be issued until after the end of the forecast regular season on March 27, 2022.
Refund Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be issued for weather, travel or snow conditions, an act of God, disregard for Alpine Responsibility Code or violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules or Pass terms of use.
