COACHING OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE MUSKOKA SKI CLUB
We currently seek EL and DL-trained/certified coaches to fill vacancies in our U14 and U16 competitive race programs. Coaching in the member-based program is best suited for a positive, caring individual with strong communication and planning skills and the ability to be part of a team. Being able to react and adapt is just part of this fun and fast-paced environment. Candidates should understand current CSCF guidelines, LTAD model and Snow Stars.
We encourage and support ongoing training including weekly sessions and ongoing professional development.
Applicants must be available for training, Christmas Camp and a 9-week program. Additional opportunities may be available during the week and pre/postseason.
Coaches work closely with our Technical Director and report to the Head Coach.
Competitive compensation program based on certification and experience.
