Ski and Snowboard: Rentals
Muskoka’s ONLY ski hill with the tradition of providing winter family fun since 1961 in Huntsville Ontario
We are here to help you get on the slopes with our complete fleet of Skiis and Snowboards.
Whether you need equipment for the first time or the fifteenth; or you grew out of yours or forgot it – we have everything you need for your visit. Please make sure to reserve what you need online to ensure availability on the day you arrive.
We strongly recommend that Lift Tickets and Rental Equipment be purchased online, in advance; equipment sizes are limited. To avoid disappointment, please do not count on rental equipment being available for purchase at the ski hill on the day you choose to visit us.
Ski or Snowboarding Packages
We offer complete packages or you can rent single items. Skis, snowboards, poles, boots, helmets and we even have snow pants available.
Sizes range from small children to adults (boot sizes upto 16 adult).
Validity:
- Multi Day packages (2 and 3 day)
- Full Day (9am-9pm), Day (9am-4pm), Afternoon (12pm-4pm) and Night (4pm-9pm)
- We also have a full service shop to provide tuning for your gear

Rental Terms and Conditions:
- Rentals are purchased for a specific date and time and are valid only for that time period.
- All persons must sign a “Release of Liability” agreement when purchasing Rentals, either online or in person.
- Rental equipment must be purchased online, in advance, to ensure availability.
- Rentals used for more than one hour are non-refundable.
- Rentals and Lift Ticket may be revoked for misuse or violation of the ‘Alpine Responsibility Code’ or violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules. Use of these rentals by anyone other than the rental holder, or alterations to the rentals could result in expulsion from the premises.
- Multi Day Rentals are to be taken home with the participant. Multi Day packages that require storage for the next visit will be charged a $10 per day/per user storage fee.
- Weather conditions do not affect Rental validity unless HVHSA deems it unsafe to remain open in full or in part. In case of an emergency closure, Rentals may be exchanged for a Rental Voucher.
- Voucher requests must be made in writing to info@skihiddenvalley.ca within 24 hours of an emergency closure.
Rental Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:
- Rentals are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Lift Ticket/Pass terms of use.
- Rescheduling Rentals for medical reasons, including public health orders to isolate, must be supported by medical documentation.
- Rescheduled/refunded Rentals are subject to a $10 Administration Fee per Rental.
- Reschedule/refund requests must be sent in writing to rentals@skihiddenvalley.ca.
- Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
