MidWeek Season Pass
5 & Under, Junior/Senior (ages 6-12, 65+), Youth (ages 13-18), Adult (ages 19-64)
Validity:
- Not valid during the December Holiday Break
- Starting January 5, 2027 valid Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 9am-4pm
- March Break: Monday-Friday 9am-close
Night Season Pass
5 & Under, Junior/Senior (ages 6-12, 65+), Youth (ages 13-18), Adult (ages 19-64)
Validity:
- Nights: 4PM-9PM
- Family Day Sunday included
- March Break: Monday-Friday 12pm-close
- The Night Pass is valid 4pm-9pm every night we offer night skiing/boarding
MidWeek/Night Season Pass
5 & Under, Junior/Senior (ages 6-12, 65+), Youth (ages 13-18), Adult (ages 19-64)
This pass is a combination of our MidWeek Pass and Night Pass. It is a 3×3 for the 3 weekdays and 3 nights we are open during our regular season after the December holidays.
Validity:
- Starting first Monday of January after the Holiday break:
Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 9 am-4 pm - Nights: 4pm-9pm
- Family Day Sunday included
- March Break: Monday-Friday 9am-close
Terms and Conditions:
- Night Passes are valid: all nights we are open from 4-9 pm December opening day to the last Night skiing date in March and on Family Day Weekend – Sunday; and 12 pm-close.
- MidWeek Passes are valid: 9am-4pm, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, January to March. MidWeek Passes are not valid during December Holiday Break.
- 3×3 Combo Passes are valid for both the Night Pass and MidWeek Pass offerings.
- All persons must sign a “Release of Liability” agreement when purchasing the pass either online or in person.
- Season Passes remain the property of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the ‘Alpine Responsibility Code’ or violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules. Use of this pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the Season Pass could result in cancellation of that pass and expulsion from the premises.
- Season Passes are non-transferable. We may request identification to verify validity.
- A $25 Administration Fee will be charged for replacing lost passes.
- All Pass Holders must have their Pass displayed at all times to have access to the Lifts.
Refund Policy:
- Season passes are only eligible for refund due to medical reasons: 100% refund to December 15, 2026; 50% refund to January 1, 2027; 25% refund to February 28, 2027; no refunds will be issued after March 1, 2027. A $25 Administration Fee will be levied on these refunds.
- Refunds for medical reasons including public health orders to isolate must be supported by medical documentation.
- Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Lift Ticket/Pass terms of use.
- Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@skihiddenvalley.ca.
- Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
