Covid-19 Update –Dec. 21st, 2020

Today, Dec. 21st, 2020 the Provincial Government issued a lockdown for all of Ontario starting at 12:01 am Dec. 26, 2020, for 28 days.

This includes the closure of all ski hills, including the Muskoka Ski Club and Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area. Our last day of Operations before the lockdown will Friday, December 25th. We will be open from 10 am to 3 pm. 

We will be operating on Dec. 22nd and 23rd from 9 am to 9 pm. Open on Dec. 24th from 9 am to 4 pm. Open Christmas Day from 10 am to 3 pm.

All of our departments are working hard to answer phones, emails and social media messages. Please be patient as we work through this!

To our customers who have purchased tickets to visit during the lockdown period, we will be issuing rainchecks and or refunds, they will be processed during the 28-day closure. Please email info@skihiddenvalley.ca to request a raincheck or refund.
