NEW – Update to the Updated Lift Policy For Lessons –

For Participants 9 Years Old and Younger.

Dear guests,

Following our update to our lift policy for lessons that we shared last week, we received new directions from Simcoe-Muskoka Public Health. Before I share the changes I would like to apologize again for the confusion that this is causing for you in your planning. We are doing our best to accommodate the public health requirements in place at any one time and to adapt as they change.

We are very sorry for any and all inconvenience caused as we do our best to adapt to the ever-changing regulatory environment.

The newest update from Simcoe-Public Health puts in place an exemption for instructors who for purposes of student safety need to enter the 2m social distance bubble. This means instructors can now join students on the chair. 

We will continue to ask parents of those 5 and under to please continue to join us for the whole lesson. 

Parents of 6-9-year-olds are no longer required to join the lesson, however, if you would prefer to join for the lift rides to allow your family to maintain social distancing we will actively support that decision.

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to adapt to the ever-changing regulations. I wish that we had more clarity, yet the world keeps throwing us curveballs and we keep adapting.
