A Ski and Snowboard Rental Technician must present a friendly and personable appearance while working and must have basic knowledge of products and services in the Rental Shop at Hidden Valley Highlands. The position is available as a part-time and/or full-time seasonal position and is paid on an hourly basis and the work schedule will include evenings, weekends and holidays. The Ski and Snowboard Technician will report to the Rental Shop Manager and supervisors.  This position is paid hourly.

The main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers in a courteous and timely fashion.
• Assure that customers have appropriate ski or snowboard equipment.
• Assign proper length of ski or board and adjust bindings to fit customer’s rental boots.
• Complete rental forms accurately and initial in the technician spot.

Ideal Skills

• Knowledge of fitting ski and snowboard equipment.
• Equipment maintenance would be a bonus.
• General computer skills are always an asset.
• Fluent in english
